Glanbia’s support of the Suzhou Eire Og GAA club was recognised by Ireland’s new Ambassador to the People’s Republic of China at the Irish Consulate in Shanghai last month

Suzhou Eire Og is the smallest GAA club in the world with just 19 members in 2021. It is also the longest running expat sports club in the Suzhou region and has remained a strong cornerstone of the Irish community over the years, despite the transient nature of the foreign community in China. The annual sponsorship of the Suzhou team is split 50/50 by Glanbia Nutritionals and Glanbia Ireland in what is an increasingly important market for our company.
